Dear users, With a little delay compared to our original idea, next Thursday, July 7th, we will relaunch the DENIS project. Over the next few days we will be updating the website and some features, so it is possible that some things may temporarily malfunction. When all the modifications have been completed we will notify you. If you see a bug before that warning, don't worry about what might go wrong. However, if something generates doubts, you can ask us in the forums. Thank you all for your patience. Durante los próximos días iremos actualizando la web y algunas funcionalidades por lo que es posible que algunas cosas funcionen mal temporalmente. Cuando todas las modificaciones se hayan completado os avisaremos. Si veis algún fallo antes de ese aviso, no os preocupéis por lo que pueda funcionar mal. 😂 Yes, it is difficult without forums (I didn't expect to break the forums...). It was caused by a partial update. I'm glad to say the back channels worked and I found out about it from you rather than finding it myself. Regarding July 7th, are you asking about San Fermín? Yes it is that day, but he holiday is only in Pamplona. I had not thought of it... Jesus, the application page shows that you are introducing 2 new applications. If that is the case then you should add to the DENIS preferences the option to choose what application to run. |

Yes, that is exactly our idea. The base application is the same (it only changes the models that are simulated in each one), but the idea is that you can choose to which subprojects you want to donate time. We could do all under the same application (at least for now), but using this way we leave you more freedom of choice. Now the descriptions of the different projects are a bit short. I didn't even know you had a holiday coming up. I was just realizing that July 7 is earlier for you than us in the west, you being in Spain. Sometimes we forget where the projects are. ^_^ Looks like WCG kind of beat you to having WUs again, although it was only a test run. I was hoping you'd come back soon so I could dedicate some time just to DENIS before WCG resumed fully. Cheers, Yav |

I know, but you are always faster than we expected. You will have new simulations tomorrow. Even more than you think. People are renting cloud servers to run DENIS@Home tasks. Basically, they'll run whatever you can crank out. Want to find one of the largest known primes? Try PrimeGrid. Or help cure disease at WCG.
