Does this project's servers go offline/restart for up to a couple hours at midnight local time? I keep noticing that the database cannot be connected to for a while just around midnight and it stays like that for a while (and I'm in the same timezone as Spain). |

Notice DENIS (project and website) was mostly down last night in late evening out here California. Thought maybe the server was overloaded. All seems to be functional again this morning. |

Hi Landjunge, No, there are tasks, but they are in the Beta application. You need to acept to use beta applications to get new tasks. In https://denis.usj.es/denisathome/prefs.php?subset=project check if the option "Run test applications?" is marked. We are evaluating a small modification of the simulator to avoid some tasks not giving valid results in the validation. We will send simulations again in applications that are not beta soon. It is very tough to get wu's. As you say, 1 or 2 at a time. And "YES" everything is set correct in project settings. The last 2 weeks work flow was smoother as i can say.

OK entonces no esta visible en los detalles de una tarea : en el mac : Application : Beta of DENIS-myocyte 0.13 en la VM linux del mac (misma maquina) : Application : Beta of DENIS-myocyte 0.13 (pero confirmo que solo es un punto de display, hice un reboot de mi VM linux y siguió calculando las tareas con la duración anterior) Otro pequeño detalle tarea del mac : 1h46mn tarea de la VM linux en el mac (misma maquina) : 1h06mn Esta duraciones parecen bastante estables : la applicacion linux es mucho mas optimizada que la mac (Beta of DENIS-myocyte v0.13 para los 2). |
