My one working Debian box has stopped receiving WU's from the server. Is this happening to anyone else?

yes, it says 'no tasks available' but then a few minutes later I get tasks

As you can see the scheduler is sending very few, if any, tasks on each request.

Same here. Got 0 new tasks
But in the server status page there are 11k wus ready to send...

Same problem on my Mac.

I had seen this some time ago, that tasks was available, but some hosts did not get work.

It's frustrating.

I just kinda gave up on it. I am not going to baby the app clicking to request work over and over again. If the scheduler can't feed my 16 core PC and I can't connect other PC's because of cloudflare so be it. I'll check back next week or the week after to see if things improve.

I solved in a different way: script with boinccmd + windows scheduler

I had this problem. The version of BOINC I had was no longer good. I updated to a newer version and the problem was solved.

I have the latest Verion of BOINC-Manager (8.0.2-2.1) thats availeble for Linux but have the same Problem.
Although there are many WUs to be send I recieve non..

Funny. I run Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.10 (Ootpa) that is not their latest and greatest. My boinc client is 7.20.2 that is the latest available for my OS. Yet I have no trouble getting work. Here are what has downloaded on my machine.

It does the same thing for me on multiple machines, but I am on Windows. According to the Server Status page, work is available but I don't get any. At least, only a few tasks when the project decides to send me some.

Seem to have run out of WUs on all but one PC over the weekend. And most of them run the 8.02 BOINC client agent, so updating won't work

Linux Fedora 41 with BOINC Client 8.0.4. This combination has worked since the start but hadn't received any work units in the past few days. Then all of sudden it is loaded with work. Interestingly, it's seems to be mostly resends (_2). It's like someone turned on the validater and all the pending work didn't validate which resulted in about 1000 resends so far. They are still coming in.

I have 271 wus waiting to report but now my host is getting the following error in response to the scheduler request:

Seems to possibly be a timeout condition.

Update: Finally completed but was accompanied by several (about 10) resent lost task messages.
