This PC http://denis.usj.es/denisathome/show_host_detail.php?hostid=952 has the most recent Debian 7 release of Linux and is up to date with the applications but does not have GLIBC 2.14. It has version 2.13-38+deb7u8

Hi!

First of all, sorry about that inconvenience. Other user have the same problem with a version of Scientific Linux. For this first version we compiled the 64 version in a PC with Ubuntu 14.04, but in the next version ( which will be done until 15 days) we will compile in a machine with lower gcc version to avoid compatibility problems.

One of those 64 bit Distros which already works today is CentOS 7.
Its GLIBC Version is 2.17.

If someone wants to give it a try, there are nice CentOS 7 Boinc Install Guides by EXT64 on the message boards of [H]ard|OCP.

We have generated a new version of x64 GNU/LINUX app version. It works with GLIB version 2.5. We hope it works in all of your machines!
