Your personal background.
One Piece Manga Review: Who is appearing/getting revealed at the
Reverie? The Reverie is shaping up to the be the biggest informational dump/arc the series has had yet.
I expect a slew of characters that that will be used for for later arcs to appear here.
Kings/Queens/Royals that side with the WG, especially when the Final War happens.
Cipher Pol- 0, due to the fact that they
specifically report to and guard the Celestial Dragons.
World Government Employees. Kong reports to the Gorosei specifically, but who
reports to Kong? Doflamingo was talking to one such member before the timeskip, but that's it.

We know they exist, we just don't know how expansive this is above the Marines.

We also know former fleet admirals (Kong) can actually get promoted to
a higher position here. Green Bull. I assume that the Admirals and Fleet Admiral may sit at this meeting as well.
I'm sure we'll get our first appearance of him/her soon. The royalty showing up is a given, we've seen all the leaders Luffy's helped as well as Komane from Ilusia heading there or preparing.
Kong is the commander in chief, so he's a government rep
who leads the Marines but doesn't fight himself. He's one of the few who can give Sakazuki orders.
He will definitely be there. Speaking of Sakazuki, he should be there
and it wouldn't surprise me if Kizaru and Ryokugyu showed up for security
if the Tenryuubito come as well.

If Fujitora appears he's gonna drop some bombs on the
Shichibukai, which the Nefeltari and Riku families will probably back up.

Cipher Pol being notably present would surprise me, because Aigis-0 are super-top-secret protectors of the Tenryuubito
whose heritage is the only reason Doflamingo was able to use
them as leverage. We could see them as meeting staff
or attendants of royalty, only to be revealed in the face of a huge threat.
Underworld players being present would be amazing if they were involved in the actual meeting,
but I doubt they'd show up just to cause trouble. They seem like businesspeople who are titans of legal
industries but have criminal ties and activities, rather than being outright criminals.

Eleven managed to close the portal, but the final scene showed the Mind Flayer still lurking ominously in the Upside Down. The first full trailer
for season 3 dropped in March, mostly focusing on interpersonal
relationships and an unnamed new threat to the town. The gang is still together:
Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo), Mike (Finn Wolfhard), Will, Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin), Max (Sadie Sink), and Eleven. Mike's sister Nancy (Natalia Dyer) is still dating Will's older
brother Jonathon (Charlie Heaton). David Harbour is
back as Chief Jim Hopper after his Hellboy excursion, while Will's
mother, Joyce (Wynona Ryder) is struggling to cope with the great personal loss she suffered last season. Unlike prior seasons, which took place in the fall, this
third installment is set in the summer against the backdrop of the opening of a
new supermall, courtesy of new Hawkins Mayor Kline (Cary
Elwes).

It’s 1985 in Hawkins, Indiana, and summer’s heating up.

School’s out, there’s a brand new mall in town, and the
Hawkins crew are on the cusp of adulthood. Romance blossoms and complicates
the group’s dynamic, and they’ll have to figure out how to grow up without growing apart.
Meanwhile, danger looms. When the town’s threatened by enemies old and new, Eleven and her friends are reminded that evil never ends;
it evolves. Now they’ll have to band together to survive,
and remember that friendship is always stronger than fear.
Maybe. There'd be some poetic justice in that, and we learned that a lifeguard mysteriously disappears from the
first trailer. But Stranger Things is famous for its deliberate
misdirection. Sure, we get a shot of Billy and a closeup of someone's possessed
eye. But the Mind Flayer could just as easily be lurking within the smarmy new mayor,
or the creepy police officer who seems to be tracking Hopper—or maybe even Hopper himself.
The creepy voiceover of the Mind Flayer does have something of Hopper's cadence.
That would be quite the twist. It could
also be more than one host. But it's probably Billy, right?
Well, unless Eleven and the gang figure out how to end you first,
Mind Flayer.

Praise be to the streaming gods, because we’re mere weeks away from one of the biggest binge-watching events of the year: Stranger Things season 3.
The closer we get the more our curiosity piques. The
new Stranger Things season 3 theory that Billy becomes the monster.

Sure, last season Billy was your garden-variety acid-wash-jean-wearing,
jerkhole big brother, bully kind of monster. Introduced last
season along with his step-sister Max, Billy wasted no time making enemies — including his new
arch nemesis Steve (with the good hair). Still, teaser trailers for season three seem to suggest
that Billy has an even bigger role in what’s to come, and we’re not
just talking about making the ladies swoon as the local lifeguard.

In the previously unseen clip, Billy can be seen driving his Camaro late at night when something hits
the windshield. The broken glass shatters his concentration, and he crashes into a
tree in front of a sign for "Brimborn Steel Works." Doesn’t sound too dramatic yet, right?

Well, fans made the connection that on the season three poster for Stranger Things,
most of the main characters appear above the new monster.
Billy, on the other hand, appears in The Upside Down — you
can tell by the duotone-type coloring. That’s not it, though.

Billy is standing beside his car in front of the Brimborn Steel Works (where he crashed in the clip), and there are rats surrounding him.
The one in the foreground is dead, with its guts seemingly exposed.
Why is that important? One of the most dominant theories surrounding season three
is that someone will be bitten and infected by a rat from The
Upside Down.

Love Island star Mike Thalassitis had spiraling debts ahead of a new restaurant opening and was struggling with the death of his grandmother who
passed away just days before he was found dead, it has been reported.

Mike Thalassitis, 26, was found dead last night in woodland near
his Essex home, with his manger confirming the shock news yesterday.
It has been suggested that Mike was at the time struggling to come to terms with the
death of his grandmother. The reality TV star had moved in with the 94-year-old after her
deteriorating health meant she needed a full time carer.

When Is the Stranger Things Season 3 Release Date?
How Does Stranger Things Season 2 Set Up
Season 3? Most of Season 2 involved battling
the Shadow Monster (or Mind Flayer) that exists
in the Upside Down as it tried to corrupt and invade the
real world. The interdimensional rift at Hawkins Lab grew bigger and bigger, allowing demodogs to move into Hawkins proper.
The Shadow Monster even invaded Will’s body. Ultimately, Hopper and
Eleven were able to close the gate and save Hawkins, but her
epic display of power might’ve attracted the attention of the Shadow Monster
more than ever before. As part of a deal Hopper made with
Dr. Owens, the Sheriff was also able to formally adopt
Eleven as Jane Hopper, legitimizing her identity as more
than just a government experiment.

The utterly charming final scene of Stranger Things
2 takes place at a school dance where Mike and Eleven shared a kiss
while Lucas and Max also get together. But looming over them,
just a half-dimension away in the Upside Down, was the Shadow Monster watching closely.
Is There a Stranger Things Season 3 Trailer Yet? On March 20, Netflix released a full trailer
for the new season. There are plenty of obvious ‘80s vibes, but it also
sets the scene for one crucial summer as the Hawkins kids continue growing up.
Not only does the trailer show off a horrifying new beast, but
it also teases some kind of infection from the Upside Down that infecting people,
all while a corrupt new mayor has a huge mall constructed in the town. What Is the Plot of Stranger Things Season 3?

In mid-1985, when the box office was dominated by
the presence of Back to the Future, Mike and Eleven have developed a romantic relationship, as
have Max and Lucas. However, one year after the defeat of the Mind Flayer,
things are not all that they seem in Hawkins. The town has
a new leader, the morally corrupt Mayor Kline,
whose administration supported and presided
over the construction of the new Starcourt Mall. In Worlds Turned Upside Down, a companion book to the Stranger Things TV series, Levy also said, "We ended Season 2 with a clear signal that the Shadow Monster was not eliminated, and maybe he’s even identified his foe.

And that darkness, and the battle that it requires, only grows in Season 3." We can safely assume
that this "mysterious new threat" has something to do with the
Mind Flayer. What Characters Are New or Returning in Stranger Things Season 3?
All of the young actors are returning for Season 3, including Millie Bobby Brown (Eleven), Finn Wolfhard (Mike), Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas), Sadie Sink (Max), Gaten Matarazzo
(Dustin), and Noah Schnapp (Will). There’s also the teenagers Dacre Montgomery (Billy), Charlie Heaton (Jonathan), Natalie Dyer (Nancy), and Joe Keery
(Steve). Adult actors Cara Buono (Karen), Winona Ryder (Joyce), and David Harbour (Hopper) also return. On May 19, Netflix released a ton of new, moody character posters for all of the
returning Stranger Things characters that promise more than fun and
fireworks this summer. This is the pillow you'll thank god
you have this summer.

Bonus: Co-creator Matt Duffer reportedly said at Vulture Festival in November 2017 that
Season 3 might include the return of Kali, Eleven’s older "sister" who also
has her own powers. How Many Episodes Are in Stranger Things Season 3?
TV Line reported in February 2018 that Stranger
Things 3 would be eight episodes long, and Netflix confirmed the news on December 9 with a new video
revealing the episode titles for all eight episodes.
By comparison, Season 1 also had eight episodes and Season 2 had nine, so fans can expect a story of similar length.
