I was in a real estate class earlier this week and we were discussing the mortgage situation. I don't know if most people know this but if you are a veteran than you can still get a mortgage installment loans with a savings account with no money down.

Another thing we discussed is that people can still get a loan for a home. Shocking I know! The mortgage companies are just going back to the way it used to be and the way it should have always been. I mean, that the person wanting to get a loan has to have a job or some kind of income that can be verified and decent credit. Most loans you do have to be able to put some kind of money down.

FHA and VA installment cash advance loans are a great way to go. In the news they make it sound like a lot of Americans can't afford to own a home. That is not true at all. Renting is not cheap but yes you wouldn't have to fix anything but it's still not the same as having your own home.

The news seem to only want to show the bad side of everything. Yes, mortgage companies shouldn't have given anyone and everyone lenders that offer installment online loans but that doesn't mean that no one can get a loan now. I think that the news just wants to put fear in everyone so no one is wanting to even try to get a loan. People are also thinking well if I buy now my new home will not keep it's value. I believe the prices, at least in my area have gone as low as they are going to go.
