Unfortunately tasks with WCG have been few and far between, many people have been disappointed regarding the migration and keep hoping for a better more consistant platform. You are in luck with BOINC as there are many projects that look at medical research, these include the following: https://www.sidock.si/sidock/ - looking at drug discovery including COVID https://gene.disi.unitn.it/test/ - various science projects (out of work for a few months) The following use folding to look at contributing to cures for Cancers, HIV, neuron diseases and others https://www.gpugrid.net/ - uses graphics cards https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/ - https://foldingathome.org/ - doesn't use BOINC Enjoy crunching and best wishes to your wife. I hope she recovers and like you I hope that diseases like cancer are removed from this world |

I had my Linux server running other tasks but left Denis available for work units. Plenty of projects out there to run, I for one like the Space based ones like Milkyway and Universe |
