Running BOINC on my desktop PC which is ON most of the day anyway ;-)
Ever since my highschool time (Matura-Zeit) i was particularily interested in computer programming and at the time the machinelanguage of the C64's 6510 processor, but also greatly enjoyed (micro)biology / chemistry. And i really like the distributed calculating projects, myself being visually impaired due to a retina disease caused at premature birth, i am wondering if even one day (after my life) it might be possible to grow specialized tissue like those needed for the retina... |
