I am a 73 year old woman living in an assisted living facility. The brain is fine, its the body which has problems. Im at the cusp of old, old people who consider 40s music as terrific, while Im more inclined to good ol' rock and roll.
I was as the beginning of computer use with a Tandy computer that required commands line input. Damn thing almost went out the basement w window! Ever try to throw a heavy thing UP to outside? yeah. Exactly. Eventually someone introduced me to his little Mac box (macII ? that was the end of my computer phobia, and I never. looked back. I got a message from World Computing asking me back. They're back? Outstanding! And here I am, me and my cat Simon.
Happy to meet you all, and if that pizza is just a cheese one, I'll take. that last slice, please.

For what its worth, I an an old vet tech. Much of what has gone into the human world of medicine came from the world of veterinary science. While its been years since Ive been in the field, Im still proud of my license. |
